These Terms of Service govern your use of the WebToi platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using WebToi, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal authority to enter into these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use our services. Continued use after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform is the property of WebToi or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for your personal or business use.

3. Use of Google Services

Our platform integrates with Google services (Calendar, Gmail, Meet, YouTube, Business Profile) via authorized OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your connected Google account and must comply with Google's Terms of Service.

When connecting a Google account through our platform, you acknowledge that:

• You are authorizing WebToi to access your Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Meet, YouTube, and/or Google Business Profile on your behalf.
• You must comply with Google's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms.
• You are responsible for all actions performed via connected Google accounts.
• You can revoke this access at any time via Google Account Permissions.
• We do not access, store, or use your Google data beyond what is required to provide the specific features you have enabled.

4. Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its related systems.
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or disruptive content.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the platform without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.
• Use another user's account without authorization.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WebToi and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the platform.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim, or (b) CAD $100.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Quebec and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Montreal, Quebec for the resolution of any disputes.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before material changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
